Everything is ready for life near Zurich at CENTRAL-LIVING. However, not only is it close to the city, but everything needed for living is on your doorstep too. Shops, pizzeria, bakeries and much, much more: The city feeling starts in Schlieren. The new stop of the Limmattalbahn is just around the corner too.

Just 700 metres from the centre of Schlieren with its train station, various restaurants with international cuisine, medical practices and shops, such as Migros, hairdressing salons and pharmacies. Even closer, and just passing under the tracks, you can reach the Rietpark shopping centre in Schlieren where Coop and Aldi can be found. Even closer still: Once you cross Badenerstrasse, you can find a Migros, Denner and the Neuhof organic bakery.

Public transport is also without fault: The S-Bahn runs from Schlieren train station to Zurich-Hardbrücke in just seven minutes, in 11 minutes you reach Zurich’s main train station. The city becomes even more comfortably reachable with the new Limmattalbahn, an extension of tram line 2 out to Killwangen-Spreitenbach. The construction part to the nearby Geissweid station was completed and opened for service in 2019. It takes just 15 minutes to travel with the tram to Albisriederplatz. For those who prefer more sporty options: Bicycle, e-bike or e-scooter are very popular and practical transportation means.

Recreation can be found in the south. After a short five minute jog, you can reach the edge of the Schlieren forest. There is room for everything here, in the green lung of Schlieren: Biking, jogging, barbecuing, hiking, etc.

300–400 m  to shops (bakeries, Migros, Coop, Aldi, Denner)

350 m            to the Geissweid stop on the Limmattalbahn, tram no. 2

700 m            to the train station, Migros, hairdressing salons, doctors, pharmacies
